Cherry Blossom festival in Washington DC,

Guys, I have decided to enjoy the Cherry Blossom festival. So Can you share when is the cherry blossom in washington dc? Because my uncle suggests this tour. So I have booked 2-Day New York/New Jersey to Washington DC, Amish Farm House, and Luray Caverns Tour. I am sure this will be a wonderful and interesting tour for me. I am very excited about this tour.
Have you any opinion about my tour you will share it here.
