I don't think so enjoying Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu in winters would be safe. especially right now cause this place weather condition is not too good. It's about -9 degree right now. So I think you should be there another time.

Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu is one of the nice places to visit and have a fun time. It is a Skiing area which is located in Abuta District to visit. It has many shops, eateries and snow parks, Winter Hiking, Skating and Skiing are best activities to enjoy there as I have a plan to be there in the middle of this month to have a wonderful time because after that I will celebrate cherry blossoms in washington dc.
